Carlos Valdez

Carlos Valdez serves as Vice President of Operations at CBW Mechanical.

Prior to joining CBW in 2015, Carlos worked as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He began his tenure at CBW as a Safety Manager and has since held increasingly senior leadership roles, including Construction Manager in 2019 and Senior Vice President of Special Projects in 2022.

Carlos holds over 30 certifications focused on HVAC and Safety and he continues to expand his expertise within the HVAC industry. In his current role, Carlos Valdez focuses on overseeing operational strategy and execution with a strong emphasis on organizational efficiency and safety.
